It also allow workers to organize all of their information in an accessible manner. They can store large amount of data on a computer, which is convenient and inexpensive.

In earlier days, memos and other business letters are written by hand but now they are sent through computers as e-mails. Computers have replaced typewriters and they make life much easier. Computers also have many benefits in business. Some of these benefits include: money saving, for example, a small business can maintain a database of customers in a computer. It also saves on paper costs which interacts through computers. Computers are also time saving in business. For example, a worker can write report, spell check it, edit it and send it in just couple of minutes.

Opinion
In my opinion, over the time computers have improved the working style of people in business fields and they tend to make life more convenient. They allow greater interaction among workers, clients, and customers. With the help of computer conference calls and web-based seminars can be conducted. It can also increase the employers' productivity. Sometimes small businesses acquire clients more easily through computer-enhanced image.
